El alcalde de El Ejido, Francisco Góngora, y la concejala de Servicios Sociales y Mujer, han hecho entrega de los premios a los ganadores; los colegios Artero Pérez y José Salazar e IES Santa María del Águila.

El I Concurso Porcia Maura premia los trabajos que mejor reflejan el importante papel de la mujer en la sociedad a lo largo de la historia.
